I was having issues with my 2020 Mitsubishi and went to Clay Cooley Arlington and Enrico was the best salesman every, he took time with me to find the vehicle that I liked and wanted. He stayed with me during the whole process to assure that I was satisfied. He wasn't one of those pushy salemans that try to sale you anything. After purchasing my 2024 he called me to see how I was doing and if there was anything I needed concerning the vehicle. He is the absolute best I would definitely recommend him to my friend's and family.
Was having trouble finding a car and financing. I made a call to Clay Cooley, spoke to Eddie and was Overwhelmed by Eddie’s customer service and know how. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Eddie and the Clay Cooley team came through for me. I left the dealership in tears, of joy because it was easy and just what I had prayed for earlier in the day. Church and Andrea were awesome! We called ahead of time and told them what we could do. They assured us we were good. So my daughter and I made the hour and a half drive and were not disappointed yes. We were there literally for about another hour and half and signed and leaving in the new car. They were the nicest people. There was no pressure or trying to make us get something out of our budget. They were amazing!

I purchased a 2020 Outlander Sport that I found online. Everything went very well, a couple of minor bumps but nothing that stopped us making the deal. Our sales rep and the finance rep were both very friendly and easy to get along with, not the typical people you find a a car dealer trying to up-sell anything they can to make an extra buck or two. It wasn't a high pressure dealership. I would drive from Austin again to purchase another vehicle here, it was well worth our time and effort.
