Adam is the best service manager you have had in the 12 years we’ve had our 2014 Lancer bought in Aug of 2013. He goes out of his way to explain everything thoroughly to me. Especially now in the last 2 years since I have lost my husband, I appreciate this more than I can say. I have never felt he has tried to take advantage if the fact I’m a woman, and may not totally “get” what he’s telling me the problem is the first time around. He just finds a different way to explain it that I understand.

I was having issues with my 2020 Mitsubishi and went to Clay Cooley Arlington and Enrico was the best salesman every, he took time with me to find the vehicle that I liked and wanted. He stayed with me during the whole process to assure that I was satisfied. He wasn't one of those pushy salemans that try to sale you anything. After purchasing my 2024 he called me to see how I was doing and if there was anything I needed concerning the vehicle. He is the absolute best I would definitely recommend him to my friend's and family.
Was having trouble finding a car and financing. I made a call to Clay Cooley, spoke to Eddie and was Overwhelmed by Eddie’s customer service and know how. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Church and Andrea were awesome! We called ahead of time and told them what we could do. They assured us we were good. So my daughter and I made the hour and a half drive and were not disappointed yes. We were there literally for about another hour and half and signed and leaving in the new car. They were the nicest people. There was no pressure or trying to make us get something out of our budget. They were amazing!
